September 10, 2025 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am hereby returning unsigned Bill Number 250041, introduced by Councilmember Jamie Gauthier, and passed by City Council on June 05, 2025. The Philadelphia City Planning Commission considered Bill Number 250041 at its public meeting on February 21, 2025, and held the case to continue working with the bill sponsor. While the Commission did not vote on the final version passed by the Council, Bill Number 250041 still presents unresolved technical challenges.
