September 24, 2025 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am submitting herewith for the consideration of your Honorable Body the following proposed Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning" by clarifying certain provisions related to mixed income housing, revising the quality standards for affordable units within mixed income developments and making related technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
