December 01, 2025 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Belmont Nos. 1, 2, 3 Urban Renewal Area, identified by house number and street address as 4016-18 Powelton Avenue, 4020 Powelton Avenue, 4022 Powelton Avenue, 4024 Powelton Avenue, and 46-48 Wiota Street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Neighborhood Gardens Trust and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.
