The City of Philadelphia is considering a bill to amend a previous agreement that allowed the city to use a portion of a building at 1 S. Broad Street. This new bill would allow the city to lease additional space in the same building under certain terms and conditions. This affects the city's use of public property and space.

Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions," to authorize the lease of additional space within the premises, under certain terms and conditions. I hereby recommend your favorable consideration of this proposed Ordinance. Respectfully, Cherelle L. Parker Mayor
