April 16, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 5123, 5125, 5127 and 5129 Baltimore Avenue located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
