The Philadelphia City Council is considering a resolution that would allow the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell four properties on Baltimore Avenue. April 16, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 5123, 5125, 5127 and 5129 Baltimore Avenue located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code. This Resolution has my approval and therefore I respectfully request that this Honorable Body give it your favorable consideration. Respectfully, Cherelle L. Parker Mayor
