The city is considering a resolution to allow the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell a property at 5103 Chester Avenue. This property is located in the 3rd Councilmanic District. The sale would follow the rules outlined in The Philadelphia Code.

April 16, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 5103 Chester Avenue located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
