The Philadelphia City Council is considering a resolution that would allow the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell several properties in the 5th Councilmanic District. The properties are located on North 23rd Street, North 24th Street, North Bucknell Street, Judson Street, and West Montgomery Avenue. This resolution affects the owners or potential buyers of these properties, as well as the surrounding community.

April 16, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1800, 1818, 1862 N. 23rd Street, 1802, 1806, 1808, 1810, 1820, 1828, 1845, 1848, 1852 N. 24th Street, 1801, 1813, 1837, 1855, 1868 N. Bucknell Street, 1800, 1814, 1858 Judson Street, 2318, 2326, 2330, 2332, 2334, 2336 W. Montgomery Avenue located in the 5th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
