May 27, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Adopting the 2026 Hazard Mitigation Plan as the official hazard mitigation plan of the City of Philadelphia.
