The enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer the City-owned property at 313–325 Race Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (PAID) under the City’s development agreement with PAID and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC).
