Bill 020490Amending Section 19-1301 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Real Estate Taxes," by providing that real estate taxes imposed under that Section shall be based upon the assessed value of real estate as returned by the Board of Revision of Taxes in 2001, thereby freezing such real estate taxes at the level imposed for tax year 2002, under certain terms and conditions.

Bill 020480Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID"), without consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with the buildings and improvements thereon situated at the northwest corner of Fifth and Huntingdon streets, subject generally to the terms and conditions of the Philadelphia Industrial and Commercial Development Agreement among the City, PAID, and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation; and further authorizing PAID, notwithstanding any contrary requirements of the Philadelphia Industrial and Commercial Development Agreement, to convey such land and property to the Associacion de Musicos Latinos Americanos for a nominal consideration; all under certain terms and conditions.

Bill 020313-AAmending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code ("The Philadelphia Building and Occupancy Code"), by requiring that special certificates of inspection must be issued in connection with structures in Use Group E, the Educational Use Group, on an annual basis in order for such structures to be occupied, establishing certain reporting requirements regarding the inspections performed in connection with applications for such certificates, and making certain lead paint requirements applicable to such structures, under certain terms and conditions.
