This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to revise the official street plan and place a right-of-way for gas main purposes within the former Morris Street area between Thirtieth and Thirty-first streets.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 24-S by placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way for gas main purposes within the lines of former Morris street from Thirtieth street to Thirty-first street, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 entitled, "An Ordinance authorizing the vacating of River Road, from a point approximately ten (10) feet southwest of the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line, northeastwardly to the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line," as amended.

The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to permit the sale of goods on the south side of West Nedro Avenue from Tenth Street east for 77 feet, in an area where sidewalk sales are otherwise prohibited.
Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Sales by restricting the prohibition of sidewalk sales on that portion of the south side of 900 West Nedro Avenue beginning, and extending east, from the south side of 1000 West Nedro Avenue for a distance of seventy-seven feet, ten feet from the curb.
