This adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer certain City-owned lots and buildings in the Eleventh, Thirteenth, Seventeenth, and Twenty-second Wards to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.

This lapsed bill would have amended Philadelphia’s noise rules by lowering the permitted sound level for certain devices in Center City and neighborhood commercial districts from five to three decibels above background noise.
Amending Chapter 10-400 of The Philadelphia Code entitled "Noise and Excessive Vibration" by amending Section 10-404 entitled "Prohibited Conduct," by providing for the issuance of tickets in commercial districts for violations of this Chapter, by reducing the decibel level permitted in commercial districts, and by making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

Repealing Chapter 20-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Standards of Conduct and Ethics," and enacting a new Chapter 20-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Standards of Conduct and Ethics," providing for the powers and duties of the Board of Ethics and the imposition of civil penalties, and providing for the compensation of the members of the Board of Ethics, all under certain terms and conditions.
