This enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer, without payment, the City’s ownership of 2815 Ridge Avenue—including its buildings and improvements—to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 238 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Salter Street from Third Street to Orianna Street and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Salter Street being stricken from the City Plan and vacated under authority of this Ordinance, under certain terms and conditions.
