This adopted resolution approves a redevelopment contract for Parcel No.
Approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Grays Ferry Urban Renewal Area designated as Parcel No. 156 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 3206 Latona street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Amy Harris and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

The adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer conditional ownership of certain City-owned lots and buildings in Philadelphia’s Sixth and Twenty-seventh Wards to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority at no cost.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Sixth and Twenty-seventh Wards of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 040640-A, entitled: "An Ordinance amending Chapter 19-2600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Business Privilege Taxes,' by establishing a program under which a Job Creation Tax Credit will be given to certain businesses creating new jobs in the City of Philadelphia; all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
