Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Twenty-fifth & Thirty-first Wards of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

This adopted resolution appoints a nine-member Living Wage Advisory Committee to review how Philadelphia’s 21st Century Minimum Wage Standard is being implemented and how effective it is, and to make recommendations to City Council.
Appointing a nine (9) person committee entitled the "Living Wage Advisory Committee" pursuant to §17-1311 of the Philadelphia Code, the purpose of which shall be to review the implementation and effectiveness of Chapter 17-1300 of the Philadelphia Code entitled, "Philadelphia 21st Century Minimum Wage Standard."
