Approving the seventeenth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the South Central Urban Renewal Area, being the area beginning at the intersection of the southerly side of Washington avenue projected and the easterly side of Delaware avenue, including the seventeenth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the twelfth amendment to the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately two (2) properties for recreational and related reuses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project.
