This lapsed bill would have added a definition of “pedalcycle” to Philadelphia’s Traffic Code and amended the bicycle regulations.
Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by adding certain definitions and by amending Section 12-800, entitled "Bicycle Regulations and Penalties," prohibiting pedalcycles that seat more than two passengers from roadways, all under certain terms and conditions.

This lapsed bill would have revised the City Plan and abandoned a right-of-way used for drainage and public utilities along former Noble Street, from 9th Street to the east side of former Darien Street.

Amending Chapter 20-1000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Political Contributions and Expenditures," by providing that if a candidate for Mayor makes contributions of his or her own resources in excess of a specified amount to his or her own campaign, then no contribution limits will apply to candidates for Mayor, provided that contributions that otherwise would have been prohibited must be immediately reported to the City Commissioners and the Board of Ethics; all under certain terms and conditions.
