This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan near Ridge Avenue, Calumet Street, and Fairmount Park.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 163 by relocating the southwesterly houseline and curbline of Ridge Avenue near Calumet Street; by relocating the northwesterly houseline and curbline of Calumet Street from Ridge Avenue to the Fairmount Park Line; by striking from the City Plan East River Road from Calumet Street northwestwardly to its terminus; and vacating the portions of said East River Road laying outside the lines of Fairmount Park; all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s rules for massage businesses.
Amending Chapter 9-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Service and Other Businesses," by amending Section 9-610, entitled "Massage Businesses," by amending the requirements for operation of a Massage Business, under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted ordinance prohibits parking in a space reserved for people with disabilities or disabled veterans unless the vehicle has a valid disabled parking permit and is carrying or transporting a disabled person.
Amending Section 12-1117 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Physically Handicapped and Disabled or Severely Disabled Veteran Parking," and Section 12-2809, entitled "Civil Penalties and Costs," by expressly prohibiting certain improper uses of Disabled Parking Permits and providing for penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.
