This enacted bill adds the Philadelphia Police and Fire Association for Handicapped Children and the Philadelphia Fire Department Historical Corporation, which operates Fireman’s Hall Museum, to the organizations that City employees may choose to receive payroll deductions.
Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," to add the Philadelphia Police and Fire Association for Handicapped Children and the Philadelphia Fire Department Historical Corporation (T/A Fireman's Hall Museum) to the list of designated payees to whom an employee may direct payroll deductions; all under certain terms and conditions.
