This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s six-year Capital Program for fiscal years 2010 through 2015.
Amending Bill No. 090212 (approved May 27, 2009), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2010-2015 inclusive," by revising and adding certain projects, amounts and sources.

This enacted measure amended Philadelphia’s rules to require an Economic Opportunity Plan for development projects and contracts funded through federal stimulus money under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act when the City’s anticipated cost exceeds $250,000.
Amending Chapter 17-1600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Economic Opportunity Plans," by providing that Economic Opportunity Plans be included on all development projects or contracts bid pursuant to federal stimulus funds allocated to the City of Philadelphia pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
