The adopted resolution authorizes the City to transfer conditional ownership of five City-owned properties—at 2935 West Fletcher Street, 1761 North Marshall Street, 1231 North 15th Street, 2239 North 30th Street, and 2241 North 30th Street—to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.
