The enacted bill adds the Philadelphia Police and Fire Pipes and Drums Band to the organizations for which City employees may authorize payroll deductions.
Amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "City Funds - Deposits, Investments, Disbursements," by amending Section 19-203, entitled "Payroll Deductions," to add the Philadelphia Police and Fire Pipes and Drums Band to the list of entities for which payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees, under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted measure amends Philadelphia’s rules for pedicabs, defining them as vehicles with three or more wheels that are primarily powered by people and used to carry paying passengers.
Amending Section 9-410 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Pedicabs," by broadening the definition of "Pedicab," and by making certain changes in the requirements for licensing and operation of Pedicabs, under certain terms and conditions.
