This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Parks and Recreation Commissioner to amend and extend the City’s lease of the Dauphin Loop land and passenger terminal area, bounded by Ridge Avenue, 33rd Street, and Dauphin Street, to SEPTA.
