The adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer conditional ownership of three City-owned properties at 2218 Amber Street, 1843 East Hazzard Street, and 1855 East Huntingdon Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority at no cost.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvements in accordance with terms of Chapter l6-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

Amending Resolution No. 120001, as amended, which provides Rules for the Government of the Council of the City of Philadelphia, by providing for the period between the time that Councilmanic district boundaries are redrawn and the time that Councilmembers elected to represent the revised districts first take office.

Philadelphia City Council adopted a resolution honoring Bernard Hopkins, also known as “The Executioner,” for winning the International Boxing Federation Light Heavyweight Championship and setting a world record as the oldest fighter to win a major boxing title.
