Enacted legislation establishes a new Philadelphia Code chapter for Affordable Workforce Housing Opportunity Zones.
Establishing a new Chapter of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia Affordable Workforce Housing Opportunity Zones," authorizing the designation of the City in whole or in part as a Workforce Housing Opportunity Zone; establishing definitions; and authorizing disposition of publicly-owned zone properties for nominal consideration, all under certain terms and conditions.
