This adopted resolution authorizes the City’s Public Property Commissioner to transfer, without payment, conditional ownership of 5901 North 13th Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.

The adopted resolution calls on Pennsylvania’s Acting Insurance Commissioner to find that motorists who have health insurance already meet the state requirement to carry $5,000 in medical benefits through their auto insurance.
Calling for the Acting Insurance Commissioner of Pennsylvania to find as a matter of fact and law that every Pennsylvania motorist who has health insurance has met the legal requirement of having included in his or her auto coverage a medical benefit of $5,000 and should not be forced to pay for the same coverage a second time.
