Nutter to immediately issue an Executive Order to allow any municipal workers who are unable to vote due to their scheduled work hours be allowed time off for the purpose of voting in Local, State or National elections, and in such cases they will be paid for the absent time occurring within any time which is scheduled as part of their normal work week.

Adopted legislation authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer, without payment, conditional ownership of the City-owned properties at 2017 and 2019 North Alder Street and 2000–08 North 10th Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvements in accordance with the terms of Chapter l6-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

The lapsed bill would have amended Philadelphia’s airport rules to require providers of ground-handling services at City airport facilities to obtain a City permit before providing those services.
Amending Chapter 18-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Airports," by requiring providers of ground-handling services at City airport facilities to obtain a permit from the City before providing ground-handling services and providing for possible permit revocation, all under certain terms and conditions.

The enacted ordinance adds rules for donation bins in Philadelphia, including limits on where they may be placed, property-owner permission, identification and warning signs, secure construction, and regular maintenance.
Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation Of Businesses, Trades And Professions," by adding a new Chapter providing for the licensing and regulation of donation bins, establishing penalties, and making conforming amendments and technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
