This adopted resolution authorizes the City’s Public Property Commissioner to transfer conditional ownership of the City-owned properties at 407 West Norris Street and 2316 North Mascher Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.

Adopted legislation also names Luzerne Street between Whitaker Avenue and North 5th Street “Edison 64 Memorial Street.” The name honors 64 Edison High School alumni who died while serving during the Vietnam War, with signage to be placed near the Edison High School/John C.
Also naming Luzerne Street between Whitaker Avenue and North 5th Street as "Edison 64 Memorial Street" memorializing the ultimate sacrifice made by sixty-four Edison High School alumni who gave their lives during the Vietnam War.
