This enacted ordinance authorizes the Philadelphia Housing Authority to acquire ownership of numerous properties in the Sharswood area, roughly between 19th and 28th Streets and Cecil B.
Authorizing the Philadelphia Housing Authority to acquire by condemnation fee simple title to certain properties located in the vicinity of 19th street to the east, 28th street to the west, Cecil B. Moore avenue to the north, and College avenue to the south, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into a sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for use by the City of premises located at 2800 S. 20th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
