Philadelphia City Council adopted a resolution naming the unit block of Malvern Avenue between North 63rd Street and Wynnewood Road “Reverend Beatty Way.” The designation recognizes the 65th anniversary of Holy Cross Baptist Church and honors its founding pastor, Reverend Joseph H.

Adopted legislation authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer conditional ownership of the City-owned property at 2715 North Dover Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.
