This enacted bill approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ amended Fiscal Year 2020 capital budget, authorizing up to $129,000,007 for capital projects during the period from September 1, 2019, through August 31, 2020.

This enacted law requires managers of high-rise residential buildings and residential buildings with at least 25 units to create and maintain an up-to-date list of residents, including names, phone numbers, and any voluntarily provided special needs that could help responders during an emergency.
Amending Chapter 9 of Subcode PM ("The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code") of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Additional Special Requirements," to establish requirements for managers of certain buildings pertaining to identification of occupants to better assist responders during emergency situations; all under certain terms and conditions.
