Amending The Philadelphia Code to add a new Section, entitled "Good Parking Jobs for Philadelphia Review Committee," to provide for the creation of an advisory body to consider the quality of jobs and opportunities for workers in the parking industry and the potential to make adjustments to the Parking Tax, including with respect to the goal of reducing the parking tax to seventeen percent by July 1, 2022, based on a review of working conditions in the parking industry, and to provide reports related thereto, all under certain terms and conditions.
