This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s red-light enforcement law to authorize the use of automated red-light enforcement systems at the intersection of 52nd Street and Lancaster Avenue.

This enacted ordinance prohibits establishments that are exempt from Philadelphia’s indoor smoking or e-cigarette restrictions from allowing minors to enter or remain, even when no smoking or vaping is taking place.
