The enacted ordinance expands Philadelphia’s prohibition on gambling and skill-based cash-payout devices at businesses.
Amending Chapter 9-5900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Prohibition on Certain Gambling Machines and Skills Games," to add additional prohibitions and provide for remedies, all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted law establishes a city program for Philadelphia high school students who participate in competitive sports or related activities and live in households with annual adjusted gross income of $150,000 or less.
Amending The Philadelphia Code to add a new Chapter 21-3400, entitled "Youth Name, Image, and Likeness Protection," to establish provisions related to education and counseling for certain Philadelphia youth and their families who are considering licensing publicity rights, all under certain terms and conditions.
