This enacted ordinance revises Philadelphia’s rules for disability parking and creates a process for residents with disabilities to apply for a residential parking space reserved for a specific vehicle and permit.
Amending Chapter 12-1100 ("Miscellaneous Regulations and Penalties") and Chapter 12-2800 ("Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations") of The Philadelphia Code, making revisions to disability parking space standards and procedures, creating an application process for residential disability parking spaces limited for use by a specific person with disability, creating a new administrative hearing process, and amending applicable penalties.

This bill creates rules for animals in Philadelphia's parks, playgrounds, and recreation centers, including areas where animals are not allowed.
Amending Title 15 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parks and Recreation," by adding a new Section 15-606 and new Section 15-706 to establish animal-free areas and provide for the management of animals in parks, playgrounds, and recreation centers and to provide for penalties and enforcement, all under certain terms and conditions.
