The Mayfair Business Improvement District will continue to operate beyond its original end date, with some changes to its boundaries. The district includes areas around Frankford Avenue and some intersecting streets, and will now include 6700 Rowland Avenue but exclude certain properties on Robbins Street and Ryan Avenue. This decision affects businesses and residents in the Mayfair area.
