This enacted bill authorizes changes to the curb lines of Ridge Avenue and Calumet Street, including widening part of Ridge Avenue, creating a lay-by lane, and establishing an eight-foot public pedestrian area along Calumet Street toward Kelly Drive.

This enacted bill raises the annual neighborhood sanitation and cleaning services fee for properties eligible for City curbside waste collection from $300 to $500 per property.
Amending Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Refuse and Littering," by revising the annual fee for neighborhood sanitation and cleaning services and exempting owner-occupied duplexes from the annual neighborhood sanitation and cleaning services fee requirements; all under certain terms and conditions.

This resolution would approve the Mayor’s revised Five Year Financial Plan for Philadelphia covering fiscal years 2023 through 2027, including changes for fiscal year 2022, before submission to the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority.
