The city is considering a resolution to allow the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell several properties on North 16th Street. This would affect the owners or potential buyers of these properties, as well as the surrounding community. The sale would be done according to existing city rules.

March 16, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1601, 1605, 1616, 1618, 1620 N. 16th Street located in the 5th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
