The Philadelphia City Council is considering a resolution to allow the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell several properties in the 7th Councilmanic District. These properties are located on various streets, including Diamond Street, W. Susquehanna Avenue, and N. 5th Street. The sale of these properties will be done according to the city's rules and regulations.

Lawrence Street located in the 7th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
