The Philadelphia City Council is considering a resolution that allows the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell a property at 2726 N. 15th Street. This property is located in the 8th Councilmanic District. The sale will follow the rules outlined in The Philadelphia Code.

March 16, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2726 N.15th Street located in the 8th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
