The City of Philadelphia is considering granting PECO Energy Company permission to access and work on underground equipment along a portion of the Pennypack Path. This would allow PECO to install, maintain, and repair transformers and other infrastructure near 7801 State Road. The agreement would be made under specific terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant to PECO Energy Company an easement for the purpose of accessing, installing, maintaining and repairing underground transformers and supporting infrastructure along and adjacent to a portion of the Pennypack Path in and about the area commonly known as 7801 State Road, under certain terms and conditions.
