The city is transferring ownership of a property at 214 Hermit Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, which will then transfer it to the Philadelphia Land Bank. This affects the property owner and the city's management of its properties. The goal is to redevelop the property.

This Resolution has my approval and therefore I respectfully request that this Honorable Body give it your favorable consideration. Respectfully, Cherelle L. Parker Mayor
