The Philadelphia City Council is considering a resolution that would allow the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell four properties on Baltimore Avenue. These properties are currently vacant and the sale would be done according to city rules. The properties are located in the 3rd Councilmanic District.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 5123, 5125, 5127 and 5129 Baltimore Avenue located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
