The Philadelphia City Council is considering a resolution that allows the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell several properties in the 5th Councilmanic District. These properties are located on N. Ringgold Street, N. Taylor Street, and W. Montgomery Avenue. The sale of these properties will follow the rules outlined in The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1802, 1804, 1808, 1810, 1812, 1824, 1826, 1828, 1830, 1831, 1835, 1837, 1839, 1850 N. Ringgold Street, 1812, 1839, 1844 N. Taylor Street, 2411, 2427 W. Montgomery Avenue located in the 5th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
