THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2001 to 2006, inclusive, totaling three billion five million seven hundred ninety-two thousand (3,005,792,000) dollars in estimated cost, is hereby adopted as follows:
