Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 950316) approved July 24, 1995, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 58 and vacating of Shamokin street from Eleventh street to Ridge avenue and reserving and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes, under certain terms and conditions" therein.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 950316) approved July 24, 1995, is hereby amended as follows:
