Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980709) approved December 30, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 46-S in the area of Geary street and Twentieth street by placing on the City Plan Geary street from Twentieth street to Davinci drive and Justinian circle from Davinci drive westward, all under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of Geary street, Davinci drive and Justinian circle, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980709) approved December 30, 1998 is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law]

by August 1, 2000

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
