Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 000120, entitled "An Ordinance amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980897) approved January 5, 1999, entitled 'An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by relocating a portion of the northerly curb line of Clover street between Twelfth street and Camac street and relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of Market street between Twelfth street and Thirteenth street, under certain terms and conditions,' by extending the period for compliance with authorization conditions therein," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.

WHEREAS, Bill No. 000120 was passed by this Council and presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 000120, entitled "An Ordinance amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980897) approved January 5, 1999, entitled 'An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by relocating a portion of the northerly curb line of Clover street between Twelfth street and Camac street and relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of Market street between Twelfth street and Thirteenth street, under certain terms and conditions,' by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
