April 13, 2000 TO THE PRESIDENT AND THE MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted April 13, 2000, Bill No. 000120, entitled "An Ordinance amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980897) approved January 5, 1999, entitled 'An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by relocating off the northerly curb line of Clover street between Twelfth street and Camac street and relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of Market street between Twelfth street and Thirteenth street, under certain terms and conditions,' by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
