Amending Section 9-1004, entitled "Contractors," of The Philadelphia Code to provide for the renewal of licenses issued pursuant to this Section, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions, is amended to read as follows:
